Continuing Education Units

Social Work and Counseling Continuing Education Units  – CEU’s for Licensed Social Workers (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) are available to conference participants through SIU Medicine - Center for Rural Health & Social Service Development.  To receive credit, you must have your license number.  You must also sign in upon arrival to the conference and sign out before lunch.  You must sign in again after lunch and at the end of the conference day.  This is required for both days of the conference in order to receive credit.  Eligible participants will receive a certificate at the end of the conference.    

 

IAODAPCA Continuing Education Units – CEU’s for Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC) are available for conference participants.  Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors must sign in and out both days to get credit for the entire conference. Eligible participants will receive a certificate at the end of the conference. 

 

Teaching Professional Development Hours (PDs) – Professional Development Hours for teachers are available to eligible participants.  Participants must sign in at the beginning of each day to get credit for the entire conference.  Educators must return an evaluation at the end of the conference to receive their certificate.

 

DCFS Credit Hours – Individuals needing DCFS Credit Hours must sign in and out each day to get credit for the entire conference.  If you also need CEU’s you must sign in on the appropriate sign-in sheets in addition to signing the DCFS Credit Hour sheets.

 

Law Enforcement Credit Hours – Individuals needing law enforcement credit hours must sign in at the beginning of each day to receive credit for the entire conference
