REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Everyone must register online. If you register more than 1 person, you must complete registration information for EACH person attending. On-site registration will not be available. Registration ends on April 8, 2020 or when capacity is reached. This conference will fill to capacity quickly and there will be a waiting list.

The registration fee is $50 per person for the 2-day conference. The registration fee applies regardless if you attend the conference 1 or 2 days. Each person attending must register online. Registration fee includes morning refreshments, lunch, and training sessions for both days.

Online registration will allow you to pay either online with a credit card or by mailing in a check. You will need to choose your method of payment when you go through the online registration process. If paying by check, all checks must be received no later than April 15th.

Resource Tables

There are a limited number of resource tables available. If you would like to reserve a table, contact Julie Chambers at juliec@children1stfoundation.org. You must also register online as a conference attendee and pay the $50 registration fee, which includes morning refreshments, lunch, and training sessions for both days. There are no additional resource table fees. Conference registration and payment is required for EACH person managing the resource table.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 15, 2020. No exceptions. If you register for the conference without paying the registration fee and fail to attend the conference, you or your agency will be billed for full payment of the registration fee.

Hotel Information

If you need lodging you can contact the Shrine Hotel at 618-397-1162 by April 8th to receive a discounted room rate. To receive the discounted rate, be sure to mention you are attending the Metro East Meth + Other Drugs Conference.
